Follow Your Trail was born from a love for the outdoors and a passion for helping others. It is a community!
Groups of women come together once a week for 6 weeks and during that time, I challenge them physically, emotionally and spiritually. Like the layers of an onion, these women start to abandon those self-limiting beliefs and instead begin to embark on a path of self-discovery and personal growth.
Who they are at the end of the six weeks is very different than who they were when they came into the program on week one.
NO HIKING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
We feel better when we move! What better form of movement is out there than time together on our beautiful local trails!? Hiking, no matter how slow or fast you go, is great, not just for our bodies, but it allows our minds to relax. It also helps us to clear out all that emotional clutter. I call it “Outdoor Therapy!“
EXPLORE OUTDOORS TO EXPLORE WITHIN
We start at the beginning of the hike with our session focus for the day. We take a deep breath and clear out all the negativity, all the resistance and self-limiting beliefs so we can be the best version of ourselves. We have a goal to accomplish and that is to reach the top and to be brave and exploration.

I really wanted to build a community and Follow Your Trail is doing just that. It is a program that empowers you physically, emotionally, and spiritually - ON and OFF the trails. Through each of our journeys we are able to laugh, cry, inspire and lift each other up.

Weight loss can be a “side effect“ of my FOLLOW YOUR TRAIL program. Anyone looking to lose weight, or maybe to manage stress, have more energy, improve relationships?
Maybe you just want to achieve career, relationship, and/or life goals.

I am also surprised to hear how many people in our community want to go hiking but don’t have anyone to go with, so they don’t go. No one should have that problem!
